    Absolutely amazing petite filet. The steak was perfectly cooked. It was tender and nicely seasoned. The seasoning enhanced the beef flavor. It didn’t overwhelm it. Our server was very friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and attentive to our needs. The new look of this Chop House was a lovely surprise. It was definitely a step up from the other older Chop Houses. It was very busy on a weekend night so be sure to get a reservation. I’ll be back!!

    My husband and I had a wonderful experience at the Dancing Bear Bistro. We sat on the patio as the weather was spectacular. They do have heating lamps for cooler temps. My husband had the halibut and I chose the chicken dish. Both were perfectly prepared. Our server was very helpful with his description of the various menu items. He also spoke with the sommelier to assist with paring a wine with our meal. Everything was absolutely delicious. The ambiance was perfect - somewhat casual and relaxed, but refined. The property there is beautiful. The whole experience could not have been better! 10/10!
