- LLaurenSeattle / Eastern Washington •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoWe came in with high expectations and were completely blown away. The seasonal fall menu items were absolutely delicious- the squash starter was our favorite and felt both unique and approachable. Not ordering the burger felt like cutting against the grain- as every other table had one, and they did look insanely delicious- but the ricotta cavatelli with sungolds knocked our socks off. For dessert we stayed on theme and tried the squash sundae- wow! All the flavors of fall and so refreshing. What stood out the most was the service and hospitality. Our server Matthew made our night- he really helped the evening feel like a special celebration. We look forward to Gramercy Tavern being apart of future celebrations. - PPeterNew York City •3 reviews5.0Dined on 12 Oct 2026Thai Villa was an absolute standout, and I’m still thinking about how incredible everything was! From the beautiful, elegant atmosphere to the presentation and incredible flavors, this was the kind of dining experience that reminds you how special a great restaurant can be. The Chilean Sea Bass in Aromatic Coconut Milk was phenomenal. The fish was delicate and beautifully prepared, and that rich, silky coconut bisque was absolutely unforgettable. The flavors were so well-balanced, comforting yet sophisticated, and every bite felt thoughtfully crafted. The Pak Mor Puk (Vegetable Crepe Dumplings) were another highlight. These little bites were so unique and delicious, with a wonderful combination of textures and flavors. They were a perfect start to the meal and something I would absolutely order again. If you appreciate beautifully prepared food, bold yet balanced flavors, and a restaurant with a gorgeous setting, put Thai Villa on your list!More infoThai Villa$$$$• Thai• Chelsea•4.7
