They do have heating lamps for cooler temps. My husband had the halibut and I chose the chicken dish. Both were perfectly prepared. Our server was very helpful with his description of the various menu items. He also spoke with the sommelier to assist with paring a wine with our meal. Everything was absolutely delicious. The ambiance was perfect - somewhat casual and relaxed, but refined. The property there is beautiful.
