    Our server asked right away if we were going to the Civic Center show, which we were, so he insured we ordered early enough to get everything to us in plenty of time with no rushing needed. He was knowledgeable and very pleasant. I would choose him for my server anytime. Also, the hostess was so kind to an elderly regular, she addressed him by name, asked if he was dining alone, discussed which options were available for him, and escorted him to the place he chose, all while making sure we were also being taken care of and acknowledging another couple that were approaching the stand as she did so. First class the whole way, well done.

    I've been a patron of 801 for many years and I'd begun to feel the quality of the food had fallen off a bit, but my most recent experience had me feeling that they'd really upped their level of food quality. The meal was excellent and had me saying to myself, "They're back!" Thank you for a wonderful evening!

    We had a lovely dining experience here. It was the first time for us and we ordered a few items to try. Our faves were the chicken empanadas and the rice. Our tacos were also delicious. We both ordered the specialty margarita which complimented the food. The flavors and textures were amazing. Service was on point. Haven't had such attentive service in awhile, which is refreshing. The only thing that felt off was the choice of music, kind if an odd vibe, but it certainly didn't affect our enjoyable experience.
