    We love Estera and have dined there many times. The food and service is always top notch and we will continue to enjoy it regularly. But, when the restaurant gets busy, the noise level is really incredible and its difficult to impossible to carry on a quiet conversation. There are sound dampening techniques and materials readily available to easily resolve this and it should be looked into. Just a suggestion.
