Relax and unwind during our vibrant Happy Hour and late-night Happy Hour, where you can savour enticing drink and appetizer offerings. Take your dining experience to new heights on our second-floor patio, boasting a stunning 270-degree view of the majestic Rocky Mountains. For intimate gatherings, our private event dining space, The Wynn Room, accommodates up to 65 guests for tours/ dinning and up to 45 for weddings/ events where we offer a special event menu. The Wynn Room has a private bar and can be set up for various functions. There is no cost to rent the Wynn room but the minimum spend ranges from $1000-$6000 depending on the displacement of our regular business at this time. ie. Weekdays in the off season is $1000 and Saturday on July long weekend is $6000.

Cassios is a charming Italian restaurant in Jasper, Alberta with a casual décor and plenty of dining choices. You can eat in for breakfast or dinner, order for take-out or choose from the catering plated dinners or tour group menu. Breakfast is offered a portion of the year and offers traditional breakfast items such as omelets, breakfast meats, hash browns and a breakfast parfait. Lunch is not served at Cassios. You will find many traditional Italian dishes on the dinner menu, as well as a few unique items. Speaking of unique, at Cassios you can enjoy a six-ounce game burger made with a blend of elk, bison, venison and beef. It features goat cheese and red pepper aioli and is served with sea salted fries. Another unique offering is on the appetizer menu – smoked salmon carpaccio.

    We thoroughly enjoyed an excellent meal at Aalto. My husband raved about his tender bison short ribs and I loved my perfectly cooked and flavourful salmon dish. The "pretzel pillows" with cheese dip were a tasty warm appetizer. We couldn't have asked for a nicer table by the window overlooking Pyramid Lake. The serving staff were friendly and attentive. This combination of great service, delicious food and beautiful mountain ambiance made dining at Aalto a highlight of our visit to Jasper. We highly recommend it!

    The Raven Bistro is not only one of the most delicious places to eat with consistently wonderful service and lovely ambiance, it is an amazing restaurant for most (if not all) dietary needs and wants. We have celiac members of our family and it is definitely a favourite.

    Fish Tacos were very good, crisp coating and tasty salsa, the Ahi Tuna bowl was also quite good. The mango and ice-cream dessert was excellent. Service was excellent,server most pleasant, helpful, and efficient.
