    Enjoyed dinner in Park City - we are huge fans of the Edge in Vegas. Park City offers a slightly more upscale presentation and the wait staff were more thorough in their description of menu items - appreciated. Highly recommend this Edge Steakhouse.

    This was such a wonderful experience. From the ambience to the awesome service from Jonathan. We can’t wait to bring friends back next year. Jonathan was incredibly accommodating and warm, he moved us to a window side table so that we could watch the sun go down over the mountains. The food was excellent from start to finish, the raclette cheese was a true alpine experience. They brought out a special birthday cake for my partner and it was a lovely surprise. Thank you to all at the Fireside.

    A great place to dine while at Solitude which is short on decent sit down dining spots. A full service bar complements a decent wine list. The food choices are varied for diverse guest tastes or those of us who are repeaters.
