We sat at the bar our first time and the most charming knowledgeable young man took care of us. He knows the menu inside and out and the same as well. The kale salad was outstanding and he said to try the scallop, wow!! We had two rolls the albacore was delicious and clean and then the star was the shrimp dynamite!! Discover Solitude
Solitude, Utah, is a ski resort town with 77 trails and 1,200 acres of downhill skiing areas. The resort features many upscale restaurants, including Italian eateries that offer a three- or four-course meal that begins with a soup, such as ragù alla bolognese or risi e bisi, followed by a bread course with bozza pratese or pane di Altamura and an entree such as cannelloni ai carciofi or bucatini coi funghi. Meals are completed with espresso, coffee, or hot cocoa and a dessert such as cannolo siciliano or panna cotta. The area is also home to several sports bars, many of which have an Irish theme. These bars serve up lagers and stouts and pair them with plates of hearty Irish stew.
