We had an amazing time at your restaurant. Service was a little slow so we were offered complimentary dessert, which was a nice touch. We honestly did not mind the wait. The Broncos game was on and we were having a lovely time chatting. Food was excellent and service was great! Limelight is one of our favorite hotels. We were too slow to book this time, but at least we got in at Ajax! The whole establishment is knocking it out of the park!

First visit here. We are visiting our son at CU. Restaurant is in great location. Really nice space. Hosts and waitstaff were friendly and helpful. Menu is very imaginative and food was great. The shrimp tacos were awesome. Coconut rice dish amazing. Churros were hard to taste as my other family members devoured them! Did get to taste the peach sorbet which I’d highly recommend. Will definitely be back.

A feeling of stepping back in time a bit (for Boulder) into a warm and cozy setting, like being in a quaint European bistro. Service is friendly and attentive with good knowledge of the food and the beverage offerings. Food is always good, and flavorful, but often feel the level of attention to detail for a high quality dish could be better. But that little note of constructive criticism will not slow me from returning and enjoying another meal at Cafe Aion.
