    A very special dinner at Rootstock last night, Alyssa did a fantastic job of being an amazing host for the special event. The food, that Mark designed and prepared, was delicious, I’ve been daydreaming about the carrot cake and the poached snapper all day long. Our server Amanda was incredible, always with her beautiful smile and caring attitude every time she came to our table. I will be back again, and again and again…

    All the people we interacted with at the restaurant were amazing. Our waitress Nicole was fantastic and made great recommendations. The appetizers were awesome and the Beef Wellington was off the charts. Also the drink menu was very unique and all the drinks were quite tasty!

    Will be impossible to get a seat here during high season - this is THE Best new food in Summit County. They've had some growing pains with staff, but the menu/food will endure all of that. So glad to have a dedicated chef in the area. Fingers crossed they remember us during high season and we can get a reservation!!! The brick chicken is amazing, the Sammies are great, ...honestly, everything we've tried here is amazing. Fries need a little work... but the starting point is 7/10. Can't complain.
