Her steak was delivered with a baked potato, which appeared to have leaked butter onto the steak. When I brought it to Emily’s attention, she was horrified and got on correcting the issue instantaneously we could not have been happier with the service. The food was beyond delicious, perfectly prepared. Our granddaughter is a freshman at TT. We will return many times. The entertainment tonight was superb. My very young granddaughter and I both thought it was recorded music. It was so good. I’m not sure who the artist was tonight, but kudos to him. The small tip we left him was not enough. Other than the hostess failing to show, we were there for our open table reservations. Everything was perfect. I contacted the office, and I think they corrected that error very quickly. - BBrianHouston •1 review5.0Dined on 16 Oct 2026This wasn't my first visit to Cocina de La Sirena, but it was my first date with my wife, and we both loved it! Venue is nice - small and relatively quiet, but active and at a nice corner of Cactus Alley (I remember when Manna was there years ago). Always a great craft cocktail menu - I had the carajillo, which was a step up in flavor from the usual 43+coffee. My wife's blackened cod entree was a hit and I had the tequila-brined pork chop - both very good! Lubbock has great restaurants but so many of them are large, loud venues. For a smaller and more finely crafted experience, I'd recommend La Sirena!More infoLa Sirena$$$$• Farm-to-table• Lubbock•4.8
