A word from Chef:Why Not? "Perche' No" means Why Not in Italian...I thought this would be the perfect name for my next venture because of how it came to be. I originally thought I was ready to retire after 25+ years in the restaurant industry. It turns out that the more time I spent away from the kitchen, the more I realized how much I missed cooking and sharing good food with my community.     Great friendly staff. Excellent food every time. Highly recommend the beef tamales for breakfast or dinner, they’re on both menus. The refried beans there are excellent! Met up with three friends to have a nice lunch/breakfast and catch up over excellent food. Parking is a drawback and the noise level especially if you want to sit outside. But the food is really remarkable and worth it

    This is undeniably one of the best restaurants in Tucson. The food is perfectly prepared and the menu is interesting and varied. The service is outstanding as well. Here is a tip ,order one of the soufflés ahead of time for dessert. You will not be disappointed!

    Everything is always so delicious at Tito and Pep it is one of my favorite restaurants in Tucson. The grilled octopus and the panna cotta are two of my favorites that I have to get every time I dine there. Service was great!

    I would give more than 10 stars for service if it were possible. Our server, Jesse, was the best I have had in many years. Redbird has terrific food and great employees, but Jesse hit it out of the park. We had chicken tacos and the cobb salad. Perfectly prepared and great lunch.
