POM is Fantasy Springs Resort Casino's answer to casino cafes. POM features breakfast, lunch and dinner in an atmosphere that's light, airy and modern. Reviewers on Yelp.com give POM 4&1/2 stars out of 5 and for good reason. The food here is of top quality. Chef Freddy Rieger even gets herbs used for cooking and garnish from the garden just outside the restaurant's French doors. The food is inventive yet hearty and the service is friendly and attentive.     Joy always hits the mark. We had a guest who had a gluten allergy. The kitchen made every dish gluten-free and the food was fantastic. Irene our waitress was exceptional and knew the mini options for gluten-free dishes perfectly. The meal was exceptional and her and her team service was spot on as always. We highly recommend Joy

    Amazing experience! Such a fun speakeasy! The bar staff were top-notch, and the drinks were amazing. The fresh ingredients in the food made everything absolutely delicious. And a weird little bonus fact: **the bathroom is awesome!** 😂 Can’t wait to go back!

    Excellent meal and service by Maria. Enjoyed the Cesar salad to start, then seafood linguine and the amazing scallop and risotto special. All prepared and served wonderfully. Have to say the seafood scallops never disappoint at Pom. This should be a regular menu item, the best compared to many other restaurants! See you soon!
