As I work in hospitality myself I can confidently say ALL your staff was exceptional. Polite, attentive, friendly & willing to go above & beyond. The restaurant is a replica of an old sailing ship, and it sits on the water. We got the sea breeze and were able to watch the fish swimming around the boat and the pelicans swooping in for their dinner. One of person in our party is gluten-free and the restaurant has a special gluten-free menu. The food was delicious. The shrimp done just right so it was not rubbery. The chef came out to visit the table to ensure we were satisfied with our meal. The restaurant was not crowded so the noise level was low and we were able to easily talk (when we weren't watching the fish or interacting with Marcos). We would definitely make a return visit. Caution - do not use Google maps for directions. Google takes you to the resort next door. The restaurant is at Harbor Village, not Eden. There is a guard at the entry to the resort on which the restaurant is located.
