本店所有料理皆為現點現做，特別是主餐，因醬汁需於點餐後精心熬製，需較長的時間。由於廚房由「主廚一人親自料理（一人廚房）」，用餐時間1,600元套餐約需1.5小時，2,800元套餐約需2小時。若您有用餐時間上的限制，請務必於預約時事先告知，並提前決定主餐。為維持餐點品質，恕無法接受當日臨時的「催餐/趕時間」要求。希望您能在WAING享受放鬆慢食的美好時光，感謝您的體諒。
