Valerie was an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! The ambiance was gorgeous, the drinks were divine, and the food was spectacular. We ordered a variety of small plates to share—including the Hamachi Crudo, Wagyu Tataki, Korean Fried Chicken, Shrimp Sesame Gyoza, and House Fried Rice. Everything was incredibly delicious, and there were plenty of fantastic options to easily accommodate both a vegetarian and a gluten-free diner in our group. I already can't wait to go back! 🌟

His suggestions on what to order as appetizers and the main course were incredible. He went out of his way to make our dining experience amazing!! I am so sad that we only discovered Ultra yesterday. They are permanently closing next week!! This restaurant would have been my go to in midtown!! It is owned by the same company that runs Daphne but having been to Daphne, this is hands down a far superior dining experience. The food was incredible.
