We we're served and left and not asked if OK or would like anything else. Found this restaurant in the pedestrian zone by Gloucester docks . Booked it on line through open table , which worked well and we got confirmation email. This was followed up by reminder texts the day previous and on the day which was reassuring. On arrival we found a well presented restaurant, bright , clean and well decorated. We were met at the door by Jay who offered us a choice of two tables served us drinks and looked after the table very well. Food was tasty and delivered as ordered. Thoroughly enjoyable experience and mum enjoyed it also which was the reason for our visit.
