- JJackLas Vegas •7 reviews4.0Dined 1 day agoI gave an overall rating of 4 stars to Echo and Rig, though I gave the food five stars. My wife had the F1/WAGYO filet tenderloin and I had the Cape Grim filet so we could check out the difference. Though the taste is somewhat different, they were both out of this world with a texture, juiciness and flavor we had never experienced before. And the portions were most ample. This totally overwhelmed the shortcoming of the Little Gem salad we shared that needed a little more dressing and a little sharper taste. The fingerling potatoes were also very good, by the way. The service was okay, no complaints though the water boy was always there for a refill. The only disappointment was the ambience which was rather sterile and the noise level which was too high to have a soft conversation. Nevertheless, I would highly recommend Echo and Rig if you want to enjoy a steak you will not soon forget. And thank you management for the welcome glass of champagne and the delicious desert we were served in recognition of our 30th wedding anniversary.More infoEcho & Rig Steakhouse & Butcher Shop - Henderson$$$$• Steakhouse• Fiesta Henderson•4.6

Just wanted to comment on a previous visit. We took friends from NY to Bottiglia along with other restaurants while they were visiting. They loved Bottiglia the best of all the restaurants we visited and are still talking about their dinner a couple of months later.
