My only complaint is that they removed the salmon sashimi noodles from the menu.  Bao buns are great as are the Sushi rolls. Highly recommend. The scallops starter was mind blowing, scallops were perfectly seared and the veggies were sautéd so tenderly, it was as if the chef had nothing else to do other than create this incredible dish. Main courses were both incredible, chicken fettuccini and the blackened salmon. An incredibly light lemon cheesecake topped off one incredible meal. Wine pairings suggested by Julien, from Paris, who was attentive and hilarious! One of the best dining experiences we’ve had in years, we will be back.
