I'm a George's regular and fan, so I choose it to give some visiting friends, a large family of 8, a great experience. George's came through in spades. The older kids discovered they like steak tartare, and the pomme frites were a big hit; etcetera etcetera on the food choices and hits. But the best part of the evening was our server. To my shame I did not get her name, but she was all things and more you'd want in a waiter: attentive, informative, pleasant, patient, personable, efficient, made us feel right at home.
