Named for pitmaster Dustin Olsen's family cattle brand circa 1947, Mill Iron 4 pairs sourcing obsession with a menu that spans both steakhouse and Carolina barbecue, reflecting Dustin's background as a pitmaster as much as a butcher. Chef Noam Bilitzer (MeeshMeesh/James Beard Finalist) leads the kitchen. Our menu is fully inclusive of dietary restrictions, including vegan options. Our bar features allocated & vintage bourbon pours alongside local beer, and a wine and champagne program curated by John Grisanti of Nouvelle Bar & Bottle.
New tables release daily at 12pm, 42 days out, Thu–Mon. Walk-ins welcome at the bar and on our covered patio.

This restaurant is a whole experience in the best of ways! Atmosphere is great, top notch service and the food was downright orgasmic! I was fully satisfied and craving more the next day! Nice crust without tasting burnt, creamy mashed potatoes and fantastic mac and cheese.
