It was flavorful and cooked to order. Also, had the twin Béarnaise filets ordered medium rare but were medium. They were still tender and nicely seasoned. The tallow candle melted in the center of the triplet-connected dinner rolls was a delightful sight and gave the dinner rolls an exquisite taste for the palate, and prepared us for some outstanding ribeye steaks, done perfectly medium rare - moist, juicy, and basted richly in beef tallow!!! Our sides consisting of carmelised brussel sprouts and the candied carrots enhanced the focus of our steaks!
