All staff encountered were exceptional, from the door staff escorting me to the rooftop, all the rooftop staff. And the staff members downstairs that gave me a tour of the hotel. I was blown away by the high level of service I recieved the drinks & food were all fantastic, so much so I made sure to come back on my last night in Rome.
