I have the three course halibut special dinner, which was superb with the fish being perfectly cooked. My wife had that salmon special dinner which was cooked perfectly as well. It wasn't difficult to persuade my wife that we needed a date night at Anthony's! As always, our food was delicious (we actually decided to order something else!), and Miranda (our server) was outstanding: friendly, attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and just all-round wonderful! The neighborhood known as Bow in Skagit County was likely named for a railway station in London. Today the community is famous for its Samish Bay Cheese Farm. The farm's certified organic cheese has undoubtedly made its way into the area restaurants. Likewise, the fish that is caught from the bay is a specialty at many eating establishments in Bow. At some places, you can look out over the water while you're enjoying your sockeye salmon or crab cakes.
