As a Louisiana Main street community, Denham Springs is home to great dining options. Crawfish is a real Louisiana specialty, and the freshwater delicacies are also known locally as mudbugs. Crawfish are used in gumbo, jambalaya and, naturally, in crawfish etouffee.
