Great food, excellent service. Brought friends for a celebration with their first time there and they absolutely will go back. Five star experience.

The food was outstanding. A few kinks they need to work out, but for week 3, it was overall fantastic. Can’t wait to go back and try other things on the menu

We arrived early for our reservation and we were asked if we wanted to sit right away or wait in the bar. No pressure, just a friendly question. We chose to sit and begin dinner our waitress could not have been more pleasant. Food was amazing and we had a wonderful evening with friends enjoying the atmosphere of the dining room and good friends. We would highly recommend The Griswold Inn when you are in or around the Essex area.

A Great dining experience. Sommelier had a great recommendation for our wine selection. Server was friendly, attentive and professional. The food was outstanding. The chef shared his passion for cooking as we could taste it in his amazing food. Every bite was a delicious journey of flavor. We will Definitely be back. We should probably keep this place the a secret but we cant help but compliment the people who deserve it. We are all in! Our new go to favorite experience.
