Near Southside Restaurants

Choosing to dine in Fort Worth may leave the hungry tourist in a quandary whether to choose traditional orthodox franchise fare of burgers and tacos or other travel-friendly sustenance. In the Near Southside, which sits just south of downtown, you'll find everything from sit-down elegant dining to unique casual options. Texas is known for large everything, and food is included therein. Steaks up to two pounds served up with overly stuffed baked potatoes are readily available. In addition, Near Southside Fort Worth lives up to its reputation for Tex-Mex style Mexican food served up amidst dangling pinatas and caroling Mariachis extolling their heritage. Although many miles inland, decadent seafood delicacies are also easily found in the Near Southside.
