Somerset Restaurants

This restaurant prepares, seasons and serves the best fillets! Perfectly cooked, buttery and stands on its own without ANY thought of adding a sauce (although they offer several, but in my opinion any would overpower this beautiful piece of meat. They understand medium rare and achieve it every time I have had the pleasure of dining here. The wedge salad is outstanding with a generous portion of blue cheese, bacon and cherry tomatoes . The meal is not complete without the truffle fries. An indulgence worth the calories and cholesterol. Not to be forgotten is a nice bottle of wine ......... reasonably priced... and a delightful surprise that they carried one of my favorites. Last but not least, was the outstanding service by Jacob. He made dining alone feel comfortable and created an experience that was not neither rushed nor awkward. The entire staff was warm, welcoming and enhanced the evening........ but then that is the signature of the Bedford Springs. Just outstanding!

The ONLY place in Somerset County PA where you can get a proper 4-5 star dining experience at a very reasonable price. Sure…plenty of pizza and fast food places nearby, but this is a proper meal with an awesome farm to table menu and superb service. Great craft bar, too!

Once again, Tree Tops did not disappoint! We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary at Tree Tops and were blown away by the magnificent scenery, delicious cuisine, relaxing music, and phenomenal service. Every time we dine at this little gem in the woods we leave feeling like we have experienced a tiny peek into what heaven may look like! We left for Nemacolin the next morning to continue the celebrations and honestly Tree Tops food, and service is right on par with Nemacolin. There is nothing as peaceful as eating a great meal as you "forest bathe" amongst the trees with the moon and stars shining down on you. Seeing the breeze in the leaves, and hearing the crickets permits you to leave all your cares behind. If you are looking for a lovely escape, visit Tree Tops. Year after year, they continue to impress us! Thank you for such a fantastic evening! Jenna and David Romito

Dinner is always a pleasure at Vallozzi Greensburg.

I found Sanaview from my pour tour list. Let me tell you this winery was just outstanding. The bartender was very knowledgeable of the wines and explained what makes their wine unique! My personal favorite was the Petite Sirah! The food was absolutely delicious. The pizza is a Neapolitan style and I got the Quattro Formaggi and Spicy Bianca! I would recommend this place over and over again. Will definitely be back!
