We were so pleased with our experience here. The food and drinks are delicious and quite unique to me. The flavors all worked well together. My husband had the short rib, I had the elk fry bread, and our guests shared the surf and turf plate. We also had one of the salads and the dip as an appetizer. All delicious! The fry bread ice cream sandwich was the perfect dessert and big enough for two to share. We will definitely return.

My go-to place to showcase the best of PDX when out-of-town friends visit. Never a dissappointment.

Everything about the meal was perfect! Our server was attentive and helped advise about house specialities. Each dish was better than the last with a perfect level of spice. I will definitely return for more!

The food and atmosphere was exceptional as always. I would have given even a higher rating - but the pacing of the food service was off. It was quite busy for a Tuesday - which probably was the reason. Nonetheless, I’ve dined at Yaowarat a few times before and will be back. It’s wonderful!!

Casual but classy, we were greeted with smiles and warmth. The welcoming interior in some ways belied the sophistication of the dining experience, making the evening that much more appealing. Choosing the fixed menu was the perfect option, as course after course, as well as a few “throw-ins” delighted the senses. Not your everyday choice but perfect for a special night out. Loved it!!
