The food's presentation, flavor and variety was equivalent to a NYC Michelin Rated restaurant with one exception - Chef Monette's portions were significantly larger, very reasonably priced and sourced from local farm to table. If you are a foody, we would highly recommend enjoying this new local restaurant in St. Albans, VT.
