The place appeared clean, but it took a while before we were approached to order some drinks. The service from the lady who took our orders was alright, she was friendly enough but some other staff lacked that courteousness i would expect as a customer. For example when my daughter spilled her drink, we had to wipe it up ourselves using napkins, we asked for more paper towels and one of the staff just handed over 2 disposable towels for us to use . There was no offer to assist us which i found quite strange. The food itself was ok but my Burrito lacked flavour, the food was served hot. When we had finished our meal, the young lady who came to clear our table offered to put our leftovers in a doggy bag, which i thought was quite nice but i also felt rushed when it came to paying. I was presented with the bill, after less than 5 mins the member of staff was back asking if i needed a card reader. I usually give a generous tip whenever i dine out but on this occasion i didn't think that anyone actually deserved it . They need to improve their service, when people come out to eat, it means they can afford to, i do not want to be made to feel as if i am going to run off without paying for my meal.
