Don’t bother with starters. We did 3 £14 so I suppose you get what u pay for. They took close to a hour to come out. The jumbo prawns were tiny and there were 4 of them. The sauce was very nice but could have done with some fresh bread to dip instead of 2 anemic looking bits of frozen garlic bread. The “chicken strips” were a breaded bit of chicken that’s mashed into a shape and sliced. Like a cheap nugget. The mushrooms were 3 mushrooms covered in melted cheese. No seasoning. My ribeye steak & the Diane sauce were average. My husband had the tomahawk which he enjoyed. The decor is dated & tacky. The menus are sticky and don’t give much information on the food. The restaurant & toilets aren’t very clean. It just feels a bit dingy. The staff are polite but just seem to stand in a group by the bar waiting for the chef to press their bell

Waited an hour for food. In a half empty restaurant. Saturday night and kids running around. Not my thing really. Steak was nice is only positive i can give. Expensive also

Second time visiting, first a couple of years ago with wife amd now with my Dad on a Friday evening at 7:30. Each time its been great service and food. Steaks are high quality and, importantly, perfectly cooked. Sauces and sides are also spot on. Dad and I both had the beef dripping, which was soooo good! We had the steak sharing Each time i've gone its been an occasion & ive been happy to pay a higher price, which I feel was well worth it.

The restaurant was clean and tables were nicely set out. The staff were very nice and kind. Our order was quick and the steak was very tasty and cooked exactly as I asked. The price for 3 steak meals and sux drinks was very reasonable. When on holiday again will definitely go there again. Would highly recommend

Overall our experience was not good, the greeting was blunt and not welcoming, the waitress was aloof, seemed to be in a rush, and verged on the point of being rude, no choice of alcohol free drinks other than soft drinks, which is not good in this day and age, starters were good, my main , which was a T bone was grisly to the extent that I had to spit some out, and as for chips I suppose that a dozen chips is enough????, when it came to dessert it seemed as if they couldn’t be bothered to get some ingredients from a local store just out of town(Lidl) so were not available, which when you take into account that it was only 7.00 pm is bad. So to round up would I go again NO, would I recommend it NO, was it value for money NO definitely not, over priced and trying to be something that it isn’t.
