Horrible experience. Cashing in on the Gordon Ramsey name. Service was non existent, we were told to “sit over there”. Server was confused as to who should get the kids meals - we ordered two kids meals and there were only two kids at the table! Asked for water for everyone and only 2 glasses came. Food was below average - how can you get a burger so bland?! And a chicken salad that tastes like it had chili sauce mixed with ketchup as the “special secret sauce”. Then the QR code payment system fixed the gratuity (in spite of the lack of service and tasteless food). We asked them to remove it entirely. Never again and writing this review to help others avoid this tourist trap.

A total disappointment. The place was freezing as the door was left open all the time. The service non-existent. Orders have to be done using your mobile phone. The portions were small taking into account the price. I do not recommend it.

Arrived no host/hostess front door broken so place was freezing Food average one chicken burger very leathery No service from anybody and the the cheek to try to charge £15 for it Overall a very disappointing meal which we hoped would be the high light if our visit to London Mc Donald’s would have been better

Was not a good experience, everything had to be done on an app which did not work well! Service we got was poor also! Not what you expect from a Gordon Ramsey named restaurant! I understand it is not one of his flagship or fancy restaurants, but still would have expected better! The service was also bad and then they add a service charge which was optional but you could not remove!

Very disappointing, dirty tables, bland food. If Gordon Ramsay walked in here he would have it closed! Mac n cheese was microwaved, chicken wings as well (tiny pieces) and the burgers were below average. We ordered the cheese skirt option after asking if it was melted cheese on top, turned out it was burned cheese inside. We took mac n cheese inside one burger and it came with tomato sauce and shredded cheese on top?! Impossible to eat and tomato sauce does not belong with mac and cheese or burgers… And it was all quite expensive, really wish we’d gone to Shake Shack instead!

This was not a Quality Gordon Ramsey restaurant- the food was not even close to what we expected. We were disappointed about the whole experience- food, service, price( very expensive) and the venue was horrible- would never go back!
