    Everything was perfect! Attention to detail by every member of staff is impressive! From Sade at reception to our waiter Tyler and every staff member we interacted with really made our whole experience special! Couldn’t recommend enough.

    Didn’t reach expectations felt like an upmarket fast food chain Disappointed that no effort was made re my sister’s birthday (I had notified via email & booking. why ask if they don’t follow through) Baby tomatoes as a replacement for buffalo tomatoes ? really ? Pasta was aldente, so much black pepper really difficult to eat Cheesecake a novelty but didn’t wow Service ok as in clearing & efficient but no relationship or effort to Considering this was an occasion it was not appropriate to complain My guest was courteous London is super busy, endless clients, shame though to rely on what Harry’s used to be very disappointing we won’t be returning but guess that doesn’t matter

    Whilst being an extremely busy restaurant it provides a bright and interesting site for brunch. Service is very good and the food is excellent. I will definitely be back.

    As we first arrived, the table was not ready so we were left waiting just by the bar. The staff just left us waiting there and I had to chase staff three times as people were struggling to get by. When we finally sat down, the food service was incredibly slow. Our children’s main food arrived before their starter. Then later when our mains arrived, we were left waiting for the sides that had been ordered at the same time. We then asked for condiments, and again they did not arrive until having to get up and chase twice. All in all a poor experience.

    Food was great really nice flavoursome lovely pasta dishes and the breaded veal was amazing Service left a lot to be desired though had to ask to have our plates cleared and not asked once if we required more drinks , and when did order them they took forever , to be fair they did tske them off the bill an they did apologise
