    Join us for our sumptuous three-course Christmas Day set menu featuring a glass of champagne on arrival and beautifully inventive dishes like grilled Argentinian shell-on red shrimp with chimicurri butter, pan-roasted hake and Gressingham British duck breast whilst giving the classic turkey & traditional trimmings the respect they deserve. A pre-order will be sent to the email used to made your booking and a full payment for Christmas Day is due by the 4th December.

    Seen great reviews so decided to book for a Sunday roast. Great drinks selection. Went for the roast beef and it was delicious. Great choice of puddings as well. Prices are high to have a roast dinner out these days but the quality made it worth it for this one. The only thing we didn’t like was that a 12.5% service charge was automatically added to the bill (only 3 people). We opted to take this off and added our own tip. All staff were friendly and attentive.

    A great place to meet up for lunch with a mate. Selected beer, reasonable lunch for a reasonable price.

    The food was very good, beer seemed well kept and wine was tasty. The service was ok, although we felt the wine should have been opened at the table and we should have been offered a taste before pouring. There was a young waitress who was lovely, 2 older waiting staff needed some training Generally a good experience

    The food was excellent but all of us left hungry and feeling the value for money was disappointing. Drink service was exceptionally slow. For a pub trying to make as much as they could from drinks they did poorly. If the main courses were expensive and disappointing in size the deserts plunged to new levels. All 4 of us concluded they were totally unacceptable. We had high hopes of the new Brickmakers and will give them a new opportunity to see if the can respond to the challenge of maintaining tasty food, interesting menu and suitable quantities that justify their prices.
