We had a fabulous meal at Dae Mon. The style of food is quite unique but skillfully executed and delicious. We opted for the wine pairing and the selection of wines was excellent and paired very well with every course. Service was very good. Overall it was a great experience and good value for first class food and service.

Any place that includes cats is worth a visit. Here, the food was simply fantastic. Service was a tiny bit slow but other than that friendly and helpful.

Dahoam Wir verstehen uns nicht in erster Linie als Restaurant, sondern als Gast-Haus. In unserem Haus kann sich der Gast so wohl fühlen wie daheim und so gut speisen wie in Mutters Küche. Kaum ein Berliner, der uns nicht kennt. Kaum ein Gast, der nicht gerne immer wiederkommt - seit bald 20 Jahren. Denn wir sind eine Oase österreichischen Wohllebens inmitten preußischer Askese. Wir haben uns in den Kopf gesetzt, für Essen Zeit aufzuwenden, bei der Zubereitung wie beim Verzehr. Bei uns wird noch kompromisslos mit der Hand gekocht, nach den klassischen alpenländischen Rezepten. Schmeckt hier ein Schnitzel noch nach echter Butter? Eine Rindssuppe noch nach Rind? Ein Semmelknödel wie aus Omas Kochtopf? Dreimal Ja. Und auf einen edlen Tropfen Wein direkt vom österreichischen Winzer nicht verzichten. Essen Sie sich bei uns rund, satt und glücklich, frei nach dem Motto von Winston Churchill: Man soll dem Leib etwas Gutes bieten, damit die Seele Lust hat, darin zu wohnen.

Mitinhaber und Küchenchef Jorge Josse Sion bringt seine Erfahrung aus dem Fine Dining in eine lockere, ungezwungene Atmosphäre. Kein Dresscode, kein Chichi, einfach durchdachtes Essen und ein Ort, an dem man gerne ein bisschen länger bleibt.

We arrived earlier than our reservation and were seated promptly. We liked the lively atmosphere and decor. Our server took our order and delivered drinks quickly. My wife liked her wine and my homemade lemonade was delicious. Our schnitzel dishes were very good and the portions were large. Overall a very good meal in a nice unpretentious restaurant. I would recommend HeimWerk Hackescher Markt to all visiting Berlin.
