Everything was excellent from the moment we were greeted to the time we left. Service was attentive without being invasive or pretentious. The food blew our minds especially the balance of flavors of the heirloom tomatoes and the rich unctuousness of the short ribs and included beef fat fried rice. The three of us have healthy appetites and were stuffed. There were even leftovers. The short ribs are recommended for 4-6 hungry people, and they were not joking. Overall, it was a satisfying and pleasant experience. It is also quite reasonably priced for the quality and quantity of food and beverages. The service throughout our evening was nothing short of excellent and this significantly added to the enjoyable experience. We tried all the popular dishes: Roasted Bone Marrow, Scallop Crudo, Cavatelli alla Norcina, and Grilled Kurobuta Pork Chop. Loved every single dish! The Pork was a pleasant surprise, as we don’t normally order pork. This one was so flavorful, juicy and tender. We finished the meal on a refreshing note with the Meyer Lemon Ice Cream / Sorbet.
