Ted's is one of our favorite places in KC. The service, food, drinks and the overall vibe (sophisticated yet comfortable), is absolutely on point. Add in live jazz and you've made it even better. Always look forward to our next visit.

My favorite dish at the Brass Onion is their fried chicken with mashed potatoes, cornbread and collard greens. However, everything I've ever eaten there has been the best, even their burgers! My friends and I go there regularly, and when I have out of town guests, I take them to Brass Onion. The food is always excellent. The service is always great, the staff friendly and helpful. Oh...I said fried chicken is my favorite food...but their Flourless Chocolate Torte ranks as my favorite dessert! I am known for my homemade chocolate desserts, so I am usually disappointed with the chocolate desserts at a restaurant. But this one is as good (maybe better!) than anything I've created!

I had the mahi mahi special with white beans & it was outstanding! Cooked perfectly with a lot of flavor. The white beans were a perfect compliment. An all around excellent experience!

We enjoyed everything about our dinner at LandShark in Margaritaville. We made a reservation online and were seated early. Live music began at 7:00 and enjoyed this as well! Service was excellent. Our server was Keith, and he stayed on top of all of our needs and was polite and efficient. Our appetizers came quickly, as did our entrees. We opted for parmesan garlic wings and their homemade chips with cheese, bacon and sour cream, then for dinner 2 of us had the Philly cheesesteak and 2 had burgers. Fries were an up charge from the homemade chips (both were good). We also enjoyed the molten lava cake with ice cream. Portions were generous and everything was delicious. It was a bit pricey compared to other nicer places nearby at Legends, but it was also better service and food than most of those places. Looking forward to going back!
