    Food was great as usual. I had the roasted chicken for the first time . There wasn’t a piece of the chicken that wasn’t moist and tender. There was 6 of us and no complaints at all about anything that was ordered. Waitress was great at keeping our glasses full. Highly recommend Firebirds.

    We highly recommend Soby’s. Service and food quality were outstanding. Several menu choices among traditional southern dishes and continental cuisine. She crab soup, crab cakes, fried green tomatoes and duck confit were outstanding. Wine list is extensive. Wines by the glass were very good. Service was attentive, engaging and friendly, without being overbearing. Stephan was excellent and treated my wife to a delicious banana cream pie dessert to celebrate her birthday. The restaurant occupies an old Main Street brick building in Greenville, SC. Exposed brick and woodwork are featured. Upstairs loft seating allowed for a view into the kitchen below. Noise level was low so conversation was easy.
