Best Comfort Food Restaurants in Hanover

This is a great place for lunch, especially if you are catching an exhibit. The crab quiche is divine. Being keto, I appreciate not having a gluten crust and the quiche was mostly crab meat with only enough egg to hold it together. The service was great and the atmosphere inviting. The fact that the restaurant was packed on a weekday speaks for itself.

We had a wonderful dining experience during a midday lull at the Hard Rock Cafe in Baltimore. The food was hot, fresh, and tasty with an appropriate wait time for it to be made. Our server was very attentive and super kind. They have music videos playing, so it’s a little bit louder by default, but we really enjoyed that aspect and had so much fun. The bathrooms were also very clean, which was such a nice surprise after the long drive up from southern Maryland. We had a really nice meal and would definitely eat there again on our next trip up to the National Aquarium.

We had a wonderful brunch at The Food Market. I had the Cream of Crab soup, and the BEC French Onion - what a wonderful combination of an everything bagel sandwich of egg/bacon/cheese with french onion soup. And my wife had the bowl with a biscuit instead of bread. Very good meal and great service. Our server Kevin was fabulous.

The Seabass was cooked perfectly in season well. So was the scallop appetizer and the crabcake sandwich. Overall, it was good ambience and great service. I forget the waiter’s name, but he was perfect and I would recommend anyone coming at this restaurant with the same waiter

An undiscovered gem! Great food, great neighborhood. Very pub-style vibe, friendly atmosphere.
