While we have enjoyed many delicious meals (holiday menus, breakfasts, lunches and dinners in Coin & Candor and Onyx at the Four Seasons Hotel in Westlake Village) prepared by Executive Chef Hugo Bolaños and his team, today's elaborate holiday buffet perfectly executed by Chef Hugo and the culinary and management teams in the Hampton's setting, was truly spectacular! The holiday buffet brunch included an extensive variety of culinary stations with numerous delicious choices offered (including live meat carving stations, signature dishes, dim sum, fresh seafood, eggs and omelets, a selection of sushi and nigiri, desserts, pastries and coffee bar) in the beautiful setting with live music.
