Best Contemporary American Restaurants in Valencia

My husband and I had a wonderful dining experience. We started with the hamachi crudo appetizer and my husband had a delicious margarita ( Don Fulano extra añejo ) and I had a Belvedere martini. We followed that with the chateaubriand for two which was done to perfection and comes with a side of creamy mashed potatoes. We also ordered the Brussel sprouts as a side dish (also amazing). For dessert we shared the sticky toffee date pudding that comes with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. We are going back for Thanksgiving and requested the same server who’s name I unfortunately cannot remember but he was excellent. All in all it was a wonderful night out and we plan to make this our new favorite restaurant.

Unreal. Curtis Stone and his team are amazing. The attention to detail, pleasant service. Upscale but not uptight. Damn it was good. I’ll be back with more people for sure. Everyone was impressed and delighted. Hello from Vancouver BC!

Claire and Jonathan were amazingly accommodating by consistently checking in on our dining experience. They always make us feel at home. Food is great, portions are spot on and ambience is great for all occasions.

Great food, nice ambience, and good service. We had a really nice dinner. My husband had the lemon chicken, and I had the stuffed filet mignon. Wonderful!
