So it was something of a reunion. We chose from the £28.95 set menu. The service was top-class; food arriving promptly and exactly "on cue". We all enjoyed our choices from chilled melon and whitebait to the liver and bacon and fish goujons to, for dessert, the tiramisu and the lemon meringue pie. Lovely ( Wairau) sauvignon blanc.
