What really sets it apart is their bio-conscious ethos: starting at using every part of the animal grown at their own and neighbouring regenerative farms down the road, to the ancient flour grown on their fields and milled on site every day, and locally foraged ingredients in both the food and drinks. Food was nice tofu a little dry but overall enjoyable and a relaxed feeling. Staff were polite and friendly.
