Best Steakhouses in Kelvinhaugh

We took my daughter in for a family lunch for her bday as she is obsessed with steak at the moment.. having visited a couple of times breifly when she was still in her chicken nugget phase (which the chef made her despite it not being an option at the time) - I was excited to see how she enjoyed a her steak experience here - safe to say, she loved it and we will be back. She has requested she skip the kids' sirloin and have the fillet like me next time though as it's currently her favourite cut. Refined taste for an 8yo haha. the staff were excellent, the brought out her bday cake and sang and their level of service all round was exceptional. This place for me far exceeds the other steak restaurants in town/finnieston. Go along for a nice meal, you won't be disappointed.

We went to the Spanish Butcher on Friday 24th October & we're welcomed with open arms. Kids got mocktails & the wife & I had cocktails. Amazing! The bar man was excellent! Our waiter knew the menu & went through the different cuts of meat with great knowledge & also suggested good Scottish produce as an alternative to Steaks. We ended up talking to several couples that all came from Aberdeen. What a hoot! Great night - Great food & Drink - Great service. 100% going back. Stuart Campbell

Edinburgh Prime Steakhouse was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! The food was incredible, the steak was cooked beautifully, and even the mocktails were amazing. One of the best parts was that everything was halal, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable and stress-free. The service was excellent, and the staff helped make the visit feel truly special. It’s not often you find a place that gets everything right, from the food to the service. I would happily come back every time I visit Edinburgh and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an amazing halal steakhouse experience!
