We chose this restaurant to celebrate our daughter’s and her boyfriend’s convocation, and it turned out to be an excellent choice for such a special occasion. We started with the Cheese Toast and Blackened Tuna, both delicious and a great way to begin the meal. For our mains, we ordered two magnificent bone-in steaks — a Ribeye and a New York Strip — served family-style so everyone could share and enjoy both cuts. Both steaks were beautifully cooked, full of flavour, and exactly what you would hope for from a quality steakhouse. The sides of mashed potatoes, asparagus, and mushrooms complemented the steaks perfectly. Everything was well prepared and thoroughly enjoyed. Dessert was another shared affair, with Key Lime Pie, Cheesecake, and vanilla ice cream providing a lovely finish to the meal. Drinks were equally enjoyable, including an extra-dirty Vodka Martini, a refreshing Mango Ginger Mocktail, and a Spanish Coffee to round things off. A special mention to our server, Prentice, who was outstanding. Attentive, personable, and professional throughout, he helped make the occasion even more enjoyable. Celebrating two graduations is a milestone worth doing properly, and this lunch certainly delivered. Great food, excellent drinks, a relaxed atmosphere, and service that matched the occasion. We left very happy, very full, and with some wonderful memories. We would happily return and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it for a special occasion.

I have had the pleasure of visiting many outstanding restaurants across Toronto, but Blue Bovine Steak + Sushi House has something truly special: Alexandra, one of the most exceptional servers I've ever encountered. Alexandra is simply extraordinary! Her genuine warmth, professionalism, positive energy, and remarkable attention to detail make every visit an unforgettable experience. What makes Alexandra stand out isn't just her ability to provide excellent service. It's the way she connects with her guests, making them feel genuinely welcomed, appreciated, and valued. She has that rare ability to anticipate your needs while creating a relaxed, friendly, and memorable dining experience. Having experienced exceptional hospitality at many of Toronto's finest restaurants, I can confidently say that Alexandra sets a new standard for personalized service. She is, without question, the best server I've encountered in Toronto! Great restaurants are known for their food and atmosphere, but extraordinary people like Alexandra are what turn first-time visitors into loyal customers. To Blue Bovine's senior leadership: Alexandra is an exceptional ambassador of your brand and a tremendous asset to your organization. Her dedication, kindness, and passion for hospitality deserve the highest recognition. Thank you, Alexandra, for consistently making every visit special. You are one of the main reasons I look forward to returning to Blue Bovine! A very happy and loyal customer, Lazaro Lopez

We had a wonderful time at the Keg York St in Toronto. Superb in every way, from the moment we were greeted at the door, through our excellent dinner. Just great. We've also dined at very high end steak houses and The Keg was just as good...and for a better price. Highly recommended.

Service was excellent, waiters are attentive, kind, and offered to take many photos of us! Food was great, we did the Canadian experience , Food portions seem smaller than normal portion but was great nevertheless and was filling. Venison was very peppery, you have to like black pepper, but still great! Overall satisfied with the overall experience!
