Best Comfort Food Restaurants in Glenmont

My husband and I decided to venture out from our usual restaurants in the Clifton Park area. We loved Emry’s Garden! The cocktails were amazing in taste and visual appeal, and our meals were delicious! Our server was friendly and checked on us regularly, and the food came out fairly quickly. The atmosphere was also beautiful!

Four of my girlfriends and I went to City Beer Hall for a small bite and some drinks before a local concert. The food was amazing, but our server Eliza made our experience even better. She was so personable, patient, warm, and fun! We did a lot of catching up so she had to keep coming back to see if we were ready to order and never made us feel like we were a burden. Even After some of our party was late, we asked to be moved outside, she always kept a positive attitude while making us laugh too! She was knowledgeable about the food, as we asked plenty of questions and even added in her own recommendations. We wish we could have taken her with us to the concert and hope to come back soon to visit her for trivia night! Cocktails were awesome too. Tuesdays is $10 martini night, so I got two dirty martinis and also tried their pear paloma which was good too. The other girls had spicy margaritas and espresso martinis, and they also said they were delicious. Thank you, Eliza, for such a fun night before our concert!

Kip’s Tavern was amazing. My friends and I were in town for the weekend and had heard good things about it and they were right. Food was amazing, our server was attentive and very pleasant. It was the perfect end to our trip!
