Went for a meal with a friend last night. Was a lovely room we were in. Service was just right, not in your face but when you wanted something they were there! The choice on the menu was wide, no trouble picking , tempted with several options. When the food came it was absolutely lovely, portion size good and looked and tasted delicious. The dessert was equally perfect! Well done to The Blue Ball, we will be back 😊

A warm welcome to a busy restaurant on a Saturday evening. Excellent choice of food from steaks to squash salad and a side of beetroot and figs - delicious. Atmosphere was buzzing with a big family group but we had a very pleasant table for two and could have a conversation. Perfect. Service was friendly but not ‘in your face’. A great evening and we’ve already got our next visit booked to taste next month’s changed menu.

You need to book in advance. Very welcoming pub with an extensive menu and daily specials. We had steak and ale pie which was cooked to order and the seafood platter for one. Husband couldn’t eat all the plentiful platter so they gave him the rest to take home. All washed down with Mena Dhu stout. would highly recommend
