    This was our sixth Prix Fixe dinner at Hamilton Walkers and one of the best. The Italian wines were really excellent, matching the five-course meal at every stage. The pacing of the courses was good, and as usual each was well introduced by the Chef. The only item we did not like is the news that the Chef will be moving to Indianapolis soon. Good for him, worrisome for the fan base he's built in Champaign. I hope he has trained another talented chef to take over or he will be missed like a set of lost car keys.

    Cooper’s Hawk never disappoints. We’ve tried different entrees each time and it has stayed consistent. Their brussel sprouts appetizer is non-pareil.
