Had the Wagyu & Wine special with the classic Capital cheeseburger & a glass of Faust Cabernet. Was a great pairing and the burger was amazing. Cooked perfectly and very flavorful. Fries were also excellent. Highly recommend. And of course, the service was impeccable as always. Cassie took great care of us. The desserts were all fabulous as well. We had just about all of them and all were great! The quality of food for the value was some of the best I've seen in Louisville.
